As you can see, Strobel’s indoor arena kept up it’s reputation as one of those smoking fast grounds that a lot of horses run some of their best times at. We again had a lot of great help in the arena that helped keep the show running quickly and smoothly. We’ve got Kelbi and Amy knocking on the door of 5A supreme buckles, and David just needs 2 more Keyrace runs to go 7A in PSHA. I’m sure they will get those needed runs this summer at our outdoor shows, which start next weekend at Horse Haven.
We had a great turn out for the potluck, and Marilyn did an awesome job cooking the ribs and everyone brought delicious sides. Thanks for spending time to come and enjoy each other’s company outside of the arena. Marilyn again came out of her trailer Sunday morning to a pile of dog poop by her step. This really needs to stop, or else we will end up at all the arenas like Canby. Where dogs are not allowed on the grounds. At both Strobel’s and Horse Haven your dogs are to be tied at the trailer, and when you walk them you are responsible for cleaning up after them. Please be a good pet owner and don’t ruin it for everyone else.
